The FXS port of the HT8XX ATA does not detect the OFF-HOOK action and stops the ringing.

Here are some undocumented P values that may help (Supported since 1.0.47.4):

P28764 ~ P28767: (AC Ring Trip Threshold)

0 — default threshold;

1 — 20mA

2 — 24mA

3 — 28mA

4 — 32mA

5 — 36mA

6 — 40mA

7 — 44mA

8 — 48mA

P28768 ~ P28771: (Hook Debounce Interval)

0 — default threshold

1 — 2.5ms

2 — 5ms

3 — 7.5ms

4 — 10ms

Kindly configure P28768~P28771 to 1 via the SSH console and commit the change.

If you still hear the ringing current, please set P28764~P28767 to 1.

Note

For HT80X, P28768 and P28764 are used for FXS port 1, and P28769 and P28765 are used for FXS port 2.

For HT81X, P28768 and P28764 are used for FXS profile 1, P28769 and P28765 are used for FXS profile 2, and so on.
