Grandstream IP PBX UCM61XX/62XX – Error when Downloading CDR

Grandstream IP PBX UCM61XX/62XX - Error when Downloading CDR

Description

When clicking to Download Search Results at the CDR page, it returns an error {“response”: { “need_apply”: “no” }, “status”: -11 }. This message usually pops up when the card memory is full.
When the USB or SD Card reaches a certain capacity, you click on any wav file (for eg. MoH), you will get this message and may not be able to make new records. This is commonly seen in older UCM61XX and UCM62XX IP PBX.

How to

Make sure that the UCM has the latest firmware version. Verify that:

1. The files are recorded and can download directly into the external storage (USB or SD card). Insert the USB or SD card into the PC / laptop and please check if the files exist and are stored on the card.
2. If the files are properly stored on the external storage (USB or SD card), please make a copy of them. Empty the SD card and insert it back into the UCM to verify that the new files are recorded and can be played without drawbacks.
(You can test with another brand of SD card)
3. Clear the cache of the web browser, try using another browser
4. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset on the UCM. Before performing the reset, make a full backup of all UCM’s configurations

What if a hard reset does not work?

Upon the factory reset and the UCM still has issues (such as being unable to save configurations), the device may have bad eMMC that falls under hardware defect. Kindly submit a ticket to the Support team to verify the root cause.
