
Description
Grandstream Wave is a softphone application that allows users to make and receive phone calls over the internet using a computer, smartphone, and web browsers. This article describes the troubleshooting steps when the application crashes on iOS devices (such as iPhones and iPads).
1. Go to iPhone > Settings > Wave > Disable Contacts.
2. Make a call from the Wave app
3. If it crashes, the crash log will be available under iPhone > Settings > Privacy and Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data > scroll to locate the Wave log, it will be named ‘Wave<date>.ips
Contact the support team by submitting a ticket and uploading the Wave logs.
