Wave iOS is unable to transfer calls from the call queue

Issue Description

User is unable to transfer calls from the call queue via GS Wave iOS application.

Test steps:

1. Ext. 1008 (Wave iOS) is a member of Call Queue 6500

2. Ext. 1004 dials 6500

3. Ext. 1008 picks up the call and press Transfer (Blind) to 8002

4. Repeat step 1 to 3 with Transfer (Attended)

Test Results:

Nothing happens, the call stays at ext. 1008’s Call Screen

Workaround

Go to Call Features > Call Queue > check Enable Feature Codes option in UCM.
