This article suggests the parameters to resolve the issue of call disconnect after a few minutes in Grandstream IP Phones. You can set these under Account > SIP Settings:

1. Force Timer to Yes  

2. Force INVITE to Yes  

3. Enable UAC Specify Refresher to UAC  

4. Enable UAS Specify Refresher to UAS
