You can convert the configuration file from Grandstream IP PBX UCM62xx/UCM65xx to UCM63xx using the GDMS portal. To begin, create and log in to your GDMS account, then navigate to Unified Communications subsection > UCMRC > Add Device > enter the MAC address of UCM63XX. Then, go to Cloud Storage, you can choose either “Convert Config File” or “Upload Backup File” for the UCM63xx to initiate the conversion process.
