This article describes the additional settings that are missing in the Grandstream ATA HT814 & FXO Gateway GXW841 FXO and FXS Port Mapping official guide.

HT814’s UI

1. Go to Advanced Settings > STUN Server: leave as blank

2. Go to Profile 1:  

  • SIP Server – Set to IP Address of FXO Gateway HT8X1 
  • SIP Registration – No  
  • Outgoing Call without Registration – Yes  
  • NAT traversal – No  
  • Dial Plan: { <=99$P>x+ }
