Description
We are currently experiencing intermittent unresponsive events with the Grandstream GXW42xx FXS gateways. In the most recent incident, while the gateways were responsive to pings, users could not log in. This required the customer to manually power off the gateways for 2-3 minutes before they resumed normal functionality.
It’s worth noting that there is a known issue with firmware version 1.0.23.x related to the 3CX provisioning feature, which may cause memory leaks.
Please navigate to GXW42XX’s Web UI> Maintenance> Upgrade and Provisioning and disable the 3CX Auto Provision feature to address this issue in GXW42XX’s Web Interface.
