Account Registration Failed Grandstream Wave Mobile with UCM Remote Connect services

Description

This article describes the error of Account Registration Failed when logging in to Grandstream Wave Mobile using the UCM Remote Connect address, but it works in Wave Desktop and Wave Web. The error occurs when an invalid certificate is uploaded.

Try these

  1. Go to UCM’s UI > PBX settings > HTTP server > Certificate Settings > Reset Certificates
